Winning Afghanistan

Due to the volatility of the regional conflict including Afghanistan's geopolitical turmoil, there is a widely understood presence and permanent commitment needed. Afghanistan's violent history shows a major complexity might drag the post-US, and -NATO Afghanistan into a chaos where the whole region might  plunge into catastrophic consequences.
Therefore, Afghanistan, and international community must agree up on a strategy which will guarantee a permanent US, and NATO commitment to Afghanistan. This will spare Afghanistan from regional conflicts; additionally, it  will provide country-saving opportunity for Afghans to focus on rebuilding and developing their country.
