Afghanistan after when US combat troops leave

The bottom line is, if Afghanistan is left on the mercy of extremist and brutal force as Taliban, who are poised to kill/behead all those involved in establishing a democratic government and society in Afghanistan; then, this exactly will happen on massive capacity. Afghans suffered horrific mass killings and many other war-crimes for last three decades. After Us intervention in 2001, for the first time, women and children given a chance to have access to basic, but proper healthcare system,  and women allowed to attend schools, and universities. Employment is based on equal opportunities. More women allowed to take responsible actions and participate in governance and political activism. Afghanistan's financial sector has never been so improved and developed, as it is right now. Public infrastructure is in due course to be one of the best, as the planning and underway projects completed.
Do you really want all these progress and developments to be blown up by the breeze of extremism and religious brutality that will be brought and carried by inhuman force and group as Taliban. What norms and standard will allow any nation, involved in present peace process and stabilization in Afghanistan, predominantly, the US, and UK, to abandon or even leave Afghanistan in the mercy of its enemies.
It is permissive to commit a gradual pull out, in accordance to the level of security, and stabilization of the country. However, a proper geopolitical strategy indicating a long term commitment and partnership to the people of Afghanistan is an absolute and justified factor in support and assistance to this needy nation. It is also important that the strategy should be itemized with a proper and sufficient boot numbers, and military permanent bases on the ground.
